Hello,

- Run synaptic
- Open the Settings->Repositories dialog
- Press tab several times, up to getting to the Binary(deb) /
Source(deb-src) choice listbox.
- Try to press tab again

Result: the focus remains on the deb/deb-src choice listbox
Expected result: the focus should switch on the URI entry box below.

This is particularly problematic for blind people, who rely on using tab
browsing to navigate in software.
