#1000426 show-generic-names=true does not sort by generic name

The applications menu sorts by application name (.desktop Name=).

When told to display generic names (GenericName=),
it still sorts by Name= --- it should sort by GenericName=.

Screenshots are attached showing the problem with the following test packages installed:
