Hi,

the update-debian-copyright check is also applied to the debian/po
subdirectory. Debconf translations ARE actually seldomly touched, so an
older package might actually HAVE translations that have a copyright
that differs from the rest of debian/* AND are probably years old.

Also, the file name of the file with the outdated copyright is not gicen
in the tag context, it is thus not possible to exclude
update-debian-copyright for files in debian/po from the package.
