As part of the effort to limit the number of llvm packages in the
archive, it would be great if you could upgrade to -13 (or -12).

Bookworm won't ship with llvm-toolchain-11

llvm-defaults is now pointing to -13.

Hi, libclc was merged into upstream llvm and is provided by
llvm-toolchain-XX Debian packages (since llvm-toolchain-12 1:12.0.0-3).

libclc Debian source package should be removed from sid and experimental
(already removed from bookworm).
