The freexian packaging team is no longer maintaining puppet-beaker
or the dependencies, so I am orphaning the ruby-open-uri-redirections package.

The package VCS is already part of the Debian team in Salsa:

The package description is:
 This applies a patch to OpenURI to optionally allow redirections from
 HTTP to HTTPS, or from HTTPS to HTTP.
