Dear Maintainer,

thank you for moving to the new upstream (bump2version, #916498)!

Could you please add the following minor corrections in order to
properly inform users of the new state of the package:

* change `Homepage` in `d/control` to the new upstream
* mention the switch to a new upstream implementation in `d/changelog`
  (for v1.0.0)

Thanks for maintaining the package. I agree with lars said above and:

Could you consider to offer `bump2version` package name in d/control
also? This is more friendy to use `apt-cache search` to search the
bump2version package.

I am not sure which key word can contol this, just:

```
Package: bumpversion, bump2version

```

is okay?
