Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Slow down while play video online, try to refresh Firefox.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
No refresh Firefox button at about:support.
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Click refresh button and refresh Firefox.

When I updated to firefox 91, some online video playing becomes very slow. I
tried troubleshoot
mode and videos becomes fluent and normal. So I decided to give firefox a
refresh, but the
refresh button in about:support is missing. I thought it is a Debian specific
problem because
firefox-esr 91.4 from Mozilla did not have this problem.

I'm experiencing the same issue with Firefox-esr 128. What I tried
without success:

1- new profile

2- I followed what is recommended there
https://mozilla.github.io/policy-templates/#disableprofilerefresh, and
made a new directory /etc/firefox-esr/policies/. I inserted the
policies.json file in it.

|{ "policies": { "DisableProfileRefresh": false } } the issue is still
there. |
