Hi.  I confess that I'm not sure exactly that this bug report is
correct, but I think something is wrong and I thought I ought to
report it.

I recently did some rework on one of my own packages, userv, and I
found that
   dblatex -b xetex
doesn't work unless fonts-dejavu is installed as well as dblatex and
texlive-xetex:

I'm not sure where this dependency ought to be, if indeed it ought to
be anywhere at al.  For now I am adding an explicit dependency on
"fonts-dejavu" to my Build-Depends.
