Dear Maintainer,

some of the cgi-pages of Nagios4 include a feature named 'Page Tour'. Everytime
a user views one of those pages, his browser also fetches code from YouTube, which
in turn registers for ads and tracking. Since ads and user-tracking are supposedly
not Debian-style, the page-tour-feature should be disabled by default (and marked
with a warning-comment) in /etc/nagios4/cgi.cfg.
