Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation? Upgrading my graphics card from an Nvidia
1080Ti to an AMD Radeon 6900 XT.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)? Installed the amdgpu driver for open-source driver support.
   * What was the outcome of this action? Refresh rate option at 4K reduced
from 144hz to 60hz as a maxium. My monitor supports up to 144hz.
   * What outcome did you expect instead? Having the ability to have a 4K
resolution and up to 144hz refresh rate.
