In this version of Firefox there is a new Mozilla print dialog window
active, what does not work well.

E.g. the default setting of my printer is black/white and double sided
printing, but the dialog box displays color and single sided. When I
print this way, it becomes black/white and double sided, so not what the
print dialog says...

It is possible to use the system print dialog box with this setting in
about:config:  print.tab_modal.enabled   false
In my opinion this would be a better default.
