Dear Maintainer,
libreoffice 7.2.3-1 had a broken changelog accidentially including
7.3.0~alpha1-6 changelogs and making 7.2.3-1 a "successor" of said
7.3.0~alpha1-6.
See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1000605
That was fixed in -2 - by removing said stuff, see
https://salsa.debian.org/libreoffice-team/libreoffice/libreoffice/-/commit/4ae0cd949473bd84702798c14d5d33d44895be64 -
but that never was corrected itself in the BTS.
See e.g. the broken version graph in
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=985867:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/version.cgi?info=1;collapse=1;fixed=libreoffice%2F1%3A7.1.2~rc2-1;fixed=libreoffice%2F1%3A7.3.0~alpha1-1;absolute=0;found=libreoffice%2F1%3A7.2.1-1;found=libreoffice%2F1%3A7.1.2~rc1-1;package=src%3Alibreoffice
The 7.2.x's being a successor of that alpha1-6 is wrong.
Proper history (more uptodate first is):

On IRC you just said:
22:30 < dondelelcaro> _rene_: currently there's not a way to manually change the version graph once it's been uploaded. It assumes that
what was in the changelog was correct. If you file a bug against bugs.debian.org, I can manually adjust what the
version tree thinks is reality
22:31 < dondelelcaro> (well, not a way for anyone besides owner@ to, anyway)
22:31 < dondelelcaro> (the problem is indeed that libreoffice (1:7.2.3-1) unstable; urgency=medium
22:32 < dondelelcaro> (the problem is indeed that libreoffice (1:7.2.3-1) unstable; urgency=medium was uploaded with (1:7.3.0~alpha1-6)
as the immediately preceeding version)
Please do adjust the version info :)
Regards,
Rene
