obfs4proxy more recent than the one in Debian, such as 0.0.11, needs
read access to /sys/kernel/mm/transparent_hugepage/hpage_pmd_size.
The attached patch grants such access.

#include <abstractions/base>

And /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/base contains
@{sys}/kernel/mm/transparent_hugepage/hpage_pmd_size r,

So the request in the bugreport is fulfilled, if I understand it
correctly. If not, then please reopen the bugreport or file a new
bugreport.
