Dear Maintainer,

The utop package has the package elpa-tuareg as part of its
dependencies. Prior to version 2.8.0-1, this was not the case. I have no
technical idea why this dependency holds and it may be there for good
reasons.

However I wanted to draw your attention to the fact that this package
is itself dependant from the whole emacs package. As someone who does
not use emacs and does not plan to use it, I find this dependency a bit
excessive and I suggest that it be removed from the list the way it was
before, unless it is truly mandatory.
