Hm, I *think* this can only happen if the height or width of the dialog
computed by Debconf::FrontEnd::Dialog::showtext somehow ends up being
negative, but I've never seen this happen.  How did you run into this?
Do you have any idea how I might reproduce it?

I'm not sure which package or template was involved, but I think it
involved checking the running kernel, or something like that, probably
in a trigger based on some other surrounding context I should have
included in the bug report but now only remember vaguely.

Sorry I don't have a clearer idea of how to reproduce it.
