There is no way to tell how to do anything with the diodon command from the existing man page. An entirely useless man page does not meet policy. diodon replaces clipit. Perhaps the clipit man page could be re-purposed?
While you're at it, wouldn't hurt to make the -h output
useful too.

Diodon is a desktop utility and not a command line tool. So far the only two things you can do from the command line is to open diodon or to open it in debug mode by setting `G_MESSAGES_DEBUG` to `all`. Both those options are documented in the man page. It would be great to have more options but need to be added first. There is also a upstream issue reported for this at https://bugs.launchpad.net/diodon/+bug/1309898 Oliver
