It would be an improvement if there is a "README" file
that describes what the visitor is looking at
and tells what the visitor might be looking for.

Something like https://bugs.debian.org/debbugs-source/mainline/README.md
but with a recent file date. ( I fear that content from 2015-02-10
is outdated.)
