Dear Maintainer,

I get that taking a look into the /etc/init.d/glances and creating
/etc/default/glances if one doesn't need the daemon feature isn't particularly
hard, but it would be probably more beneficial to ask a user about it at the
installation time through debconf.

I'm not sure if I understood correctly, but glances already run as Daemon,
we use systemd as services manager by default, if you need user init.v you
must change it manually. What would you like to ask in the debconf template?

Hi Daniel,

What I suspect Alex is asking for is for debconf to ask whether the admin
wants a daemon to be set up. glances works without a server as well for
those times when you just want a simple `top` replacement. Running a
server daemon seems to be superfluous then.
