no browser works, epiphany, firefox-esr both crash accelerated.
software(program picker debian) quits
Unaccelerated epiphany works slowly somewaht, the preview snapshots from this
are visible accelerated but no website works anymore
the problem ist either a failing actualised runtime set, or and dri3 dri2
glamor exa vsync compositor.
compton or debian compsotiro fails
x11. wayland does not even start
driver iotuions like tearfree does not even boot
it is a frustrating longterm problem
