Dear Release Team, Source code for Qt 5.15.3 was released recently (source code for 5.15.x is published after a year from the corresponding commercial release). I have now prepared this release in experimental. As usual, we have private ABI change for qtbase and qtdeclarative. Ben file (based on the previous one [1]): title = "qtbase-opensource-src and qtdeclarative-opensource-src"; is_affected = .depends ~ "qtdeclarative-abi-5-15-2" | .depends ~ "qtdeclarative-abi-5-15-3" | .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-15-2" | .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-15-3"; is_good = .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-15-3" | .depends ~ "qtdeclarative-abi-5-15-3"; is_bad = .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-15-2" | .depends ~ "qtdeclarative-abi-5-15-2"; The only blocker known to me is libwebp regression (#1006009), but we can NMU it again if needed. Dear Sebastian and the Release Team, Unfortunately, qtwebengine started FTBFS on mips64el and mipsel recently [1]. It looks related to nodejs update from 12 to 14, which happened in the end of March. With nodejs 16.14 from experimental it works fine. I have asked the maintainer whether he has any ETA for uploading it to unstable, waiting for the reply. Until it's fixed, I think it would be wise to delay this transition. Maybe we can even skip 5.15.3 and upload 5.15.4, source code for which will be released in May. Please ACK some other transition for now (if it doesn't involve qtwebengine rebuild). [1]: https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=qtwebengine-opensource-src&suite=experimental
Control: tags -1 = moreinfo ACK, please remove the moreinfo tag once the transition is ready to proceed. Cheers
Hi Sebastian and all! have been resolved. Please also merge this request: https://salsa.debian.org/release-team/transition-data/-/merge_requests/24.
Let's wait until openssl 3.0 migrated. Cheers
Control: tags -1 = confirmed Please go ahead Cheers
Hi Sebastian! Sorry, I was travelling. I will upload it tomorrow or worst case on Tuesday.
