nss currently FTBFS on x32 architecture with the following error:

A PKCS #11 module returned CKR_DEVICE_ERROR, indicating that a problem has occurred with the token or slot.
ERROR: Unable to switch FIPS modes.

This is already reported upstream: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1062903

Control: found -1 2:3.89-2

however, on my x32 machine, I just built nss 2:3.89-2 on x32
(apt source, dpkg-buildpackage, no funny options) on current sid
with no hiccups.
