I want to print in black and white!
My printer is a CANON TS-3350 (also found on a Canon MB-2100), the
printer always prints in color.
More generally all CANON printers that use the cnijfilter2 driver
(official drivers provided by CANON) have the same problem.
Bug reported, as well as the solution to Mozilla. The fix is planned in
version 100.
