Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for portaudio19 (versioned as 19.6.0-1.2) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/7. Please feel free to tell me if I
should delay it longer.

Uploaded to DELAYED due to not only containing a fix for a FTBFS but
also fixes for bugs down to minor severity (and one update to
debian/watch). However, judging from the lack of activity for years in
some of these bugs it feels portaudio19 is largely unmaintained.

The debdiff of the binary packages (modulo the dbgsym) reads as follows:
