I meant 0.7.* as in the bug title, not 0.9.* as it does not exist at
this point in time.

It's not closed.  It's only marked pending.  That means changes which
_would_ close this bug have been made, but not yet uploaded.  They
haven't been uploaded because there are test failures.  I'm waiting on
0.7.1 to get released.
