Lintian claims: W: goobox source: superfluous-file-pattern po/uk.po [debian/copyright:461] However: file po/uk.po po/uk.po: GNU gettext message catalogue, Unicode text, UTF-8 text grep uk.po debian/copyright Files: po/uk.po If lots of other po files which are accepted, why is po/uk.po any different? I went over this multiple times, but I cannot find the reason. This is in an uptodate sid chroot.

Hello Jakub,
Thanks. This could explain it, currently it is the only file added via
a patch.
Maybe you can add a sentence stating that this message can have some
false positives? (I saw this in other lintian warnings).
Greetings
