I've noticed the debian CI/CD pipeline is broken due to this bug. It is however, unknown to me how to setup and reproduce this problem. The package builds and tests completes on my machine.

A build from the 17th for 1.0.17+b1 completed with no errors. I think
this bug can be closed. At the very least, it is not RC.

Is it possible the builder was faulty?
