Dear Maintainer,

My 'nmudiff's get rejected with:

i'm not using 'mutt', and my name (as used in the "From:" line) contains non-ASCII characters
(namely: "ö").

Replacing the non-ASCII character with an ASCII translitaration, makes
the problem disappear.

it would be great if 'nmudiff' could properly escape header-fields to
allow people with names from languages that extend the english alphabeth
to participate without going through hoops.

anyhow: thanks for maintaining this super-useful package.
