Dear Maintainer,
        removing CIFS from the list from the PRUNEFS returns the "fdopendir:
Permission denied" at the end of the scan and the database is not updated.
Putting CIFS back into the list the update is successful and the plocate.db
file is updated.

So basically, there is a directory that we can open, but not stat
once open? That's a bit weird, but I guess the server can deny pretty much
anything it would like.
