I can confirm this problem also exists in stable; manually installing
python3-iniparse cures the problem in stable also.

I believe the root of the problem is that the package declares dependencies on
python-iniparse and python-pygments.  *Neither* is available in stable.
However, the python3- versions are available.

Something else had caused python3-pygments to be installed on my system, so it
was only iniparse that caused trouble.  But both should be fixed.

Alternately, I suppose if, e.g., python-iniparse were a virtual package
satisfiable by python3-iniparse things would work as they are.  But I don't
think that's the convention for python packages.
