qtdeclarative-abi-5-15-2, but libqt5core5a now Provides:
qtbase-abi-5-15-4 and libqt5qml5 now Provides:
qtdeclarative-abi-5-15-4.  The dependencies of this package need
updating to bring them into sync.

Hi Julian!

We are now in a middle of Qt 5.15.4 transition [1][2]. Wait a couple of days,
pyside2 will be rebuilt by the Release team.
