The current state breaks quite a few reverse dependencies, for example
opencascade cannot migrate because of this.

Because of the breakage, I'm considering doing an NMU upload soonish.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
onetbb, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.
