Hi,

in oder to fix some more CVEs in the proprietary NVIDIA driver, let's
update the version in stable to a new upstream release. This is a
rebuild of the package from sid with no further changes.

The biggest part of the diff are changes to the set of supported PCI IDs
- according to the README from the 510 driver (in experimental), the
470 driver series still supports more legacy gpu models. (Looks like
NVIDIA had planned to remove support for Kepler nodebook GPUs at some
point, but that does not seem to have happened, only the 470 README
"lost" any information about these cards at some point.)
