I am currently not a member of the Python team.

That's why I uploaded it to my Salsa just to validate some things in
Salsa/CI.

I ask the Sponsor to create the repository on the team and if possible
give me permission on this repository.

I will remove it to avoid any problems.

No reason, on the contrary I would very much like to join the team. I
just don't know how to go about applying for this membership.

This was the reason for requesting the creation of the repository on the
team to the Sponsor until I join the team.
