the latest version of wine-binfmt in sid fails to configure,
because its postinst just calls

update-binfmts --import wine

which by default assumes that the importdir is /usr/share/binfmts/,
while the current package installs the binfmt definition as
/usr/lib/binfmt.d/wine

The postinst script works flawlessly if the correct importdir is
explicitly specified, i.e.

update-binfmts --importdir /usr/lib/binfmt.d --import wine

I also added the optional "--package wine-binfmt" option, which while
not required does not hurt either.
