Please update QCA6930 firmware to the latest version. At the time of
writing (https://github.com/kvalo/ath11k-firmware, commit 0497fb0):

This firmware seems to provide substantial stability and power
management benefits (C10 state is now achievable) on my Dell XPS 13 9310
Laptop with QCA6390 wifi.  Even s2idle/resume became stable with 5.19
kernel (currently at rc4, from Debian experimental).
