Hi!

This package has a dependency on telnetd (which denotes either a specific
implementation or in the future the default one), but not on the
generic telnet-server, which denotes any implementation.

Please change it to: telnetd | telnet-server.

This was prompted while evaluating how to switch the current telnetd
implementation in Debian, which is now in progress, although this is
not a blocker, as inetutils will provide telnetd, but makes
alternative telnetd implementations not able to satisfy the dependency.
