#1019942 pacpl: has unnecessary dependency; please update package's dependencies

Dear maintainer,

by installing pacpl, also libcddb-perl was to be installed but has never
been used.  pacpl uses libcddb-get-perl instead that was also installed.
So could you please update debian/control and drop libcddb-perl from
dependencies.

Hi Thomas,

Thank you for your report. I have contacted Philip Lyons, PACPL's author, to
have him confirm that libcddb-perl is not required, and remove the dependency
in the next release.
