Dear maintainer(s),

I found out that openjdk-11 does not have server JVM support on risc-v yet, but this option has been added to upstream and some other distros.
So I'm trying to make a patch for Debian with reference to the openSUSE patch. I hope this will improve the performance of openjdk on risc-v platform.

The patch is included in the attachment and I hope it will be adopted.

not backporting, because it will become difficult to maintain that ourself for
security updates.  If it's backported upstream, ok.
