Every time I've tried to subscribe to a bug since 2022-10-04, I haven't
gotten any reply. E.g., I just sent an email to
727670-subscribe@bugs.debian.org and nothing seems to have happened.
2022-09-29 was the last time I was able to subscribe to any bugs.

I found a workaround. If I add a subject of "subscribe" it seems to
work. But it still doesn't work with an empty subject.
