fastchunking cannot be cross built from source, because its sphinx
dependencies are not satisfiable. Fortunately, documentation has already
been separated to a -doc package, so we can move those dependencies to
Build-Depends-Indep with relative ease. I'm attaching a patch for your
convenience.
