Dear Maintainer,

usr/lib/cups/backend/cups-brf has permissions set at 700. It "should" be
universally readable as per
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-files.html#permissions-and-owners.

Likewise, usr/lib/cups/backend/serial has permissions set at 744. As an
executable, it probably "should" be 755 (or possibly 4754) as per the
same policy, unless there is reason to deviate: "you should not restrict
read or execute permissions on non-set-id executables."

Hi,

is there any bug resulting from these file permissions? Is there something
not working?
