Standalone orchestrator for rebuilding Debian, Fedora and Qubes OS packages in
order to generate `in-toto` metadata which can be used with
`apt-transport-in-toto` or `dnf-plugin-in-toto` to validate reproducible status.

This package is currently used to create https://beta.tests.reproducible-builds.org/
and should be used for creating many more Debian rebuilder instances in future to
verify the reproducibility of packages distributed by Debian via ftp.debian.org
