Unfortunately git-annex 10.20220927 introduced a new bug, an
intermittent hang when running a command such as git-annex move,
operating on unlocked files. Approximately 0.1% of such commands
willl hang.

The attached patch fixes the bug. This is also being released in
git-annex version 10.20221212.
