Dear Debian policy editors,

version 4.6.2 of the policy describes the fact that dpkg >= 1.18.5
passes a new second argument containing the current version to various
maintscripts (see #823256 [1] and [2]).

The flowcharts in section 9, however, have not been updated to show how
this new argument is passed.
