g-c-c 1:43.2-1 fails to build on riscv64:

It's some kind of test timeout for test-network-panel.

While this is not an RC bug — riscv64 is not an official arch in Debian
— it's a regression from g-c-c 1:43.1-2, so it may be worth looking at
if we want to keep g-c-c available on riscv64. (FWIW it builds on
riscv64 in Ubuntu.)

Hmm.. That seems to be an Ubuntu exception in dpkg which I wasn't aware of.

Please also note that we're already carrying a patch to ignore
the result of this apparently flaky test:
  debian/patches/debian/Ignore-result-of-test-network-panel.patch

The upstream bug report has more discussion:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/issues/1768

Possibly this test should be completely disabled instead of just
ignoring the result. It would probably be a good idea if someone first
figures out what causes the hang though....
