I just tried to reproduce an issue with the most recent
libpath-tiny-perl upload by running Lintian from git and ran into that
issue:

bin/lintian ../artifacts_job_3728109→3727495_src:linux_salsaci:lintian/debian/output/linux_6.1.2-1~exp1+salsaci.dsc
Skipping ../artifacts_job_3728109â3727495_src:linux_salsaci:lintian/debian/output/linux_6.1.2-1~exp1+salsaci.dsc: ../artifacts_job_3728109âÂÂ3727495_src:linux_salsaci:lintian/debian/output/linux_6.1.2.orig.tar.xz does not exist, exiting

Note how lintian changed "→" into "â".

This initially sounded similar to https://bugs.debian.org/956233, but
that one is about files inside an unpacked source package and actually
already fixed. Will close that one soon after this mail.
