Dear Maintainer,

since the 2.6.4, all the balsa interface is in english, despite my $LANG
environment variable set to “fr_FR.UTF-8”. It applies to toolbuttons, menus,
and the “On date, sender wrote:” line while answering mails, but the folder
names in the lateral pane (e.g. I still have “Boîte de réception” rather than
“INBOX”. Maybe because the configuration was created with a localized version).

When I try to launch it with another arbitrary value of $LANG, I get a GTK
warning about a locale not supported which I don't get with my basic setup, so
I guess the problem doesn't come from my settings.

Rolling back to the 2.6.3 solves the problem for now, but I'd rather use the
latest version in my own language if possible.
