Willian Desportes (X-Debbugs-Cc'ed) suggested to implement the same as
Lintian MR !390 (GitHub and GitLab URLs shouldn't end with .git) also
for Vcs-Browser. With which I agree.

Edward Betts figured out that there are indeed about 1800 packages in
Debian where this tag would be emitted:
https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=path%3Adebian%2Fcontrol+Vcs-Browse.*salsa.*git&literal=0

Then again Gitlab (and hence also Salsa) as well as Github do a redirect
to the correct URL if you access these URLs with a browser. So I'd say
at most "Severity: info", maybe even only "Severity: pedantic".
