In the recent months (multiple OpenSSL and GnuTLS updates as well as
many kernel updates) it became more and more obvious that it would very
helpful if the the kernel version test and the library test would be
reported in separate tests respective columns.

While updated libraries can be solved by a reboot, just from a yellow
dot it's not recognizable if a machine actually needs a reboot or if it
only needs some services to be restarted.

Another reason is that you sometimes need to be able to make pending
kernel update "blue" while not wanting to make the library tests "blue",
too.

I'll likely implemented that soonish. The "libs" test will keep its name
and a new test named "kernel" will be added (and likely enabled by
default, too).

Not objecting to this plan, but a general comment: I introduced the
"misc" check to take care of small checks that are expected to be not
too important, so the overview page isn't too wide because there's
lots of columns people would rarely look at anyway. Maybe the kernel
test should be a misc check instead? (And if not, I like short names
for the same reason, maybe "kern" is better?)

move the sftbnc test to misc in the near future. It's a boolean test
anyway.

I think it's too important and pops up too often for that. It would
also oppose our goal to make it more clear that a reboot is necessary.

We discussed "krnl", but found it too ugly. :-) "kern" is fine for
Elmar and me. So let's take "kern".

misc is good for things that are rarely non-green and easy to fix. So
yes, misc doesn't fit well for this.

Possibly it could also be used to check other kernel things (maybe
missing sysctl tweaks) in the future.
