Changes within gtk or its python bindings have left bookworm in a
non-working state. Upstream activity is very limited and there is little
prospect of the package being fixed in time for bookworm.

This bug is to allow autoremovals to remove virtaal from bookworm and
can be closed with the upload of a new upstream release that gets it back
into shape.
